The room was very hi tech and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The wall remotes for lighting and bed adjustment were impressive. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk to Marienplatz and public transportation. The staff was friendly, especially the German gentleman who provided exceptional service.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel's central location couldn't have been better; it was right next to Viktualienmarkt, a vibrant market square, and a short walk to Marienplatz. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were really good too ensure my comfort. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes and a selection of hot beverages. The room was modern and well-equipped, with a small kitchenette and a comfortable bed that could be adjusted separately on each side. The hotel also provided complimentary bottles of water and beer in the minibar.

Fantastic staff, very accommodating. Great location near Marienplatz. Ample, quiet rooms with a helpful electronic panel. Rare bonus of a washing machine and dryer in the cellar. Amazingly fast and unlimited WIFI. Free daily water. Staff deserves double mention!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is just perfect, right next to the market square where there is always something happening. There are plenty of restaurants around the area too, so finding a good meal was never a problem. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including a well-stocked mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was soundproofed, making sure that I had a good night's sleep. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, making my stay here truly unforgettable.

At check-out, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a welcome drink and a paid airport shuttle. This place is highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.

Loved the location and convenience of this hotel. It was situated near the city center, transportation, and a charming area with food stands and beer gardens. The room was well-equipped with a small kitchenette, including a Nespresso machine and a water heater. The modern and spacious rooms were a delight, with separate lighting control and even adjustable bed firmness.

The lack of central A/C was a downside, although the staff did provide a portable A/C unit. this meant having to keep a window open for the exhaust vent tube.
